1. Data Controller

Pixee Play, headquartered in Paris, France, is the data controller for personal data collected on pixeeplay.com.

2. Data Collected

We collect the following data:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), message
  • Browsing statistics: page visited, date and time, anonymous session ID. This data is collected without any cookies and stored on our own server.

3. Processing Purposes

Your data is processed for:

  • Responding to your contact requests (legal basis: legitimate interest)
  • Producing internal traffic statistics to improve the site (legal basis: legitimate interest)

4. Data Retention

  • Contact data: retained for 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Browsing data: retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.

5. Hosting and Processors

The site is hosted by O2switch SAS (222-224 Boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France) on shared infrastructure located in France.

The database, authentication and file storage are managed by Supabase Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North, #07-04, Singapore 318992) on their managed infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the eu-west-1 region (Dublin, Ireland). Both entities act as data processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.

Email notifications for the contact form transit via Formspree LLC (1611 W Centennial Pkwy, Suite 110, North Las Vegas, NV 89084, USA), data processor for this single purpose.

6. Transfers Outside the EU

The data managed by Supabase Inc. is stored exclusively in the European Union (Ireland), but Supabase Inc. is established in Singapore and Amazon Web Services Inc. is established in the United States — both entities may have technical access to the data for support and maintenance purposes. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Contact form notifications sent to Formspree LLC (USA) constitute a data transfer outside the EU. Formspree is bound by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Cookies

This site does not use any cookies. Authentication and user preferences are managed via the browser's localStorage, which is not a cookie under the ePrivacy directive.

8. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to, and restrict the processing of your personal data.

This policy may be updated at any time. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.
