Félicie

Full redesign of the website of Félicie, a fine-dining restaurant listed in the MICHELIN Guide. Server-rendered with TanStack Start, bilingual FR/EN, with a back office that hands the restaurant control of its menu, subscribers and private-hire enquiries. No cookies and no third-party calls on load: the only two external services load when the visitor asks for them.

Context

The restaurant relied on an ageing WordPress site it could not maintain on its own, and which carried neither its current menu nor its private-hire enquiries.

Objectives

Deliver a fast, restrained bilingual website, hand back control of the menu and enquiries, and hold a privacy posture strict enough to need no consent banner.

Results

Live since 11 September 2026, with the menu published from the back office, private-hire enquiries recorded before any e-mail is sent, and audience measurement that stores neither cookies nor IP addresses.
